We have access to apartment communities in most metropolitan areas throughout the US. If you need to be close to your office, near the airport, or in a certain area, we'll set you up in the location that suits your needs.

Do you offer housekeeping?
Housekeeping services are available upon request at an additional fee.

How do I pay for my apartment?
You will receive a monthly statement. Invoices can be mailed to your company or to the individual resident. We accept most credit cards.

How soon can I move in?
Ususally 24 to 48 hours after you complete your paperwork you can move in, depending upon availability.

What is included in the cost?
The apartment homes are fully furnished and include completely accessorized kitchens, cable TV, VCR, utilities, telephone service and more. NOW LEASING takes care of the setup, furniture delivery, utility, cable and phone connections, security deposit and application fee. Everything is included in one monthly bill.

How do I find my apartment?
Our professional leasing specialists will give you directions including a map to your new apartment.

How do I receive my keys?
You may pick up your keys at the office of your apartment complex during regular office hours or you can retrieve your keys from a lock-box on your apartment door.

Will I have a washer and dryer in my apartment?
All NOW LEASING apartments have full-size washers and dryers.
